By posting on the Dungeon Lair forum all members and guest agree to follow and adhere to the forum Code of Conduct. It is your responsibility to know and understand the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct is subject to revision and change without notification.
This Code of Conduct applies equally to emails, open forums and personal messages between DL community members.
Posting Guidelines and Rules:
Members and Guests of the Dungeon Lair forums are to be respectful and courteous to one another. This includes treating DL staff with respect and courtesy AT ALL TIMES.
If you wish to post censure or disapproval of ideas, layouts of Dungeon Lair products, please be constructive in doing so. And if done, please be respectful and use a tone which would encourage discussion to work towards a possible change.
Please keep postings appropriate to the area in which they are being posted. If a thread is posted in an incorrect or inappropriate area, the post may be deleted or moved.
Prohibited Behavior:
As a Member or Guest of the Dungeon Lair forums you agree to NOT:
• Use profane language, explicit content or vulgarity, including but not limited to:
• Profanity or explicit language.
• Use of alternative characters and spellings (including leet-speak) with the purpose of producing an offensive result.
• Publish obscene, pornographic, or abusive content.
• Publish hate speech, including religious, sexist, homophobic, racial or ethnic slurs.
• Publish post, distribute, or otherwise disseminate content that is libelous, defamatory, or that invades privacy.
• Threaten, harass, stalk, abuse others, or otherwise cause distress or unwanted attention to any person.
• Upload files that contain a virus, corrupted data, or any malicious code.
• Engage in any unlawful purpose, or use this site in a manner that is contrary to any law or regulation.
• Promote or encourage any illegal activity.
• Interfere with this site's availability to other users.
• Transmit advertising, promotional materials, chain letters, pyramid schemes or make any commercial use of this site.
• Impersonate another person or site personnel, modify without permission, or violate the Terms of Use or the site's posted rules.
Please remember that you are a guest of Dungeon Lair and your behavior should reflect that.
In addition to the outline stated above, Dungeon Lair LLC, reserves the right, but does not assume the responsibility, to restrict communication which Dungeon Lair deems to be harmful to any guests, the Dungeon Lair Community, or if there is a violation of Dungeon Lair LLC or any third-party rights.
Disciplinary Actions/ Procedures:
If at any time there is a violation of the Code of Conduct set forth by DL, then Dungeon Lair reserves the right to remove the offending user without warning. If the offense committed was one of an extreme nature, then that user will be permanently banned from the DL community. In general, a warning will typically be sent to notify the user of the violation. But if the individual in question does not change his or her behavior, then further action will be taken.
